United Mayflower Container Services offers two distinctive options for the moving public: Do-It-Yourself and Do-It-Yourself Plus.

The traditional Do-It-Yourself option is for customers who wish to rent portable containers that are delivered to their homes. The customer packs and loads his or her own belongings. The container is then picked up and United Mayflower Container Services arranges for delivery to the customers? new home or to be placed into storage.

The Do-It-Yourself Plus option is similar but provides packing and/or loading services. This option allows the customer to choose how much help they want based on personal need and budget. United Mayflower Container Services arranges for these additional services to be performed by agents of its sister companies, United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit. These companies have the expertise to properly pack and load household goods items.
